How to Fix Error 3215 in The Sims Social

Unfortunately, it's not all honey and sugar with the release of the Leisure Pool / Swimming pool in The Sims Social and apparently many players are facing an error that is giving them headaches: the 3215 error message or the Snag 3215 as it is called by the folks over at PlayFish, which does not allow you to play the game as you should.

The 3215 error in The Sims Social occurs at the Beach House when we try to buy the new plot to build the pool, and the full message is:

"Ooops. We hit a snag. Try refreshing your browser. Fingers crossed! (3215)"

Apparently, this is an error the developers of the game are aware of and they are working hard to fix it. There is nothing we can do on our side rather than sit back and wait for things to return to normal. And hopefully that will be soon enough!
