Sims Social: Problem with 80s Cop Shows Requirement?

The newly released mission series in The Sims Social, Who Shot Dallas, comes with a requirement that might prove to be confusing and headache causing for some: Study 80s Cop Shows for two days in a row.

This requirement is from the third part of the new mission series and probably is the most difficult one to achieve. So if you Study 80s Cop Shows for two days and it doesn't count, you might be wondering what is the problem.

The problem is that you must do it for 2 days in a row, meaning that if you Study 80s Cop Shows today, you must perform the same action on your TV the next day, otherwise it will start counting over again.

It's not that difficult and I know that you can log in to The Sims Social at least once per day, and that's exactly what you need to complete this requirement and complete Who Shot Dallas Part 3 in the game!

The Sims Social Go for a PB - How to Do It

One of the requirements for completing the Sims Social Team Littlehaven quest series (part three of the series, to be specific) is to Go for a PB. I am here to tell you how to do it, because most Sims find it hard to get to a Treadmill in the first place and even after they perform the action, it still doesn't show as completed. But there are some tricks and I am here to tell you how to make the Go for a PB action work!

First of all, where to find the Treadmill: it will be released in the store on Monday, but if you don't want to wait that long, you can easily visit Bella's house and use her Treadmill!

There, after clicking the item, you will see that there are more possible actions, including the Go for a PB. If you click it, your Sim might actually get tired mid-way or get scared and this DOES NOT count as the action being completed! But you will see that the Go for a PB action will now be greyed out - in order to make it appear once more, you will have to complete other interactions with the Treadmill (like Walk or Jog) and then give it a new try.

Eventually, your Sim will manage to complete the Go for a PB action and you'll be allowed to move on with your missions (apparently, it's all random, although some reports say that the Athletic Skill helps here).

The Sims Social Stuck at 65%, Hit a Snag and Not Loading Errors Return

Today is not the happiest day in the Sims Social history as two new errors make a massive comeback to the game, making it impossible for many gamers to load the game. The errors that we're talking about are already famous ones:

- the game gets stuck at 65% during the loading screen and no refresh seems to solve things
- the game gets "We've Hit a Snag" error message during the loading screen and enters a loop that repeats the same message over and over again and it makes it impossible for people to load the game.

It appears that there are no official fixes for these two errors that make The Sims Social unplayable, but some players report that cleaning the cache of their browsers and reloading the game did the trick and they never had the problem again. So it would be best to try that for yourself.

Also, switching between browsers (so switch to Chrome if use use Firefox or vice-versa) might do the trick.

If not, we can only hope that Playfish finds a fix and applies it as soon as possible...
