Today when I visited the Sims Social Info Facebook page I was shocked to see that the wall of the page had been spammed with a ton of scam offers from people who were promising thousands (up to millions) of free Simoleons or even Sim Cash for visiting a specific other page, blog, or for doing something. So I am here to warn you about all these pages and posts because they are not genuine and all they want is to scam you!
Below I have screenshots of two of these scam offers, but be aware that they could actually look different. However, the general rule of thumb here is that you are promised FREE simoleons or cash (and a lot of them) and in order to do that, you must visit a website and share its contents with others, before being allowed to get your "reward" - and that will never happen since it's just a scam. So, as I said, here is what you should stay away from:
There are a few legit Sims Social fan blogs out there that provide valuable information for the players, including links to free items and even free simoleons in the game so you should stick to visiting these blogs (The Sims Social Info included!) instead of other unknown ones that promise you a lot but give you nothing but scams and maybe a virus or two, if not worse. It's better to be safe than sorry, right?
