Cannot Send Request Error Makes It Impossible to Progress

The Sims Social has gone online once again for the entire world, but those who had hoped that all the game's problems will be solved with this new launch were wrong: there are still a lot of bugs plaguing The Sims Social and almost making the game completely unplayable.

One of these bugs is the error that you get when you try to send a request asking for various items (like ones required to complete decorations). Here is the error message I get and I am sure I am not the only one: Cannot Send Request - Please try again at a later time.

There is no explanation about this error, so it's unclear what to do to fix it, but one thing is clear: it's very annoying and makes progress very difficult, maybe even close to impossible.

What about you? Are you having similar problems with sending requests in The Sims Social or you're one of the lucky ones that can play the game flawlessly?

    I have the same problem :/ I cant finish building a room or the "paint a double rainbow"-quest, because of the error messages

    I am also having this problem, it's quite irritating! It affects me most when making new rooms, none of my friends can "help" build them, so I'm stuck with ugly Half-built rooms all over...

    I hope that's the next thing they fix!

    For the longest time i thought it was my computer. >:(

    i can't play because i have a energy bug, my energy is at 15, but each time i use even just 1 energy the game tells me to reload (3000) Or if i just keep the game on for 3 minutes i get the same error.

    where can we actually go to get help, rather than commenting about the problems we are having? i just got alot of new neighbours, and before i go to play the game, i have ALOT of requests and gifts, but then when i am done clicking them, it says cannot send request, and all of that clicking was for nothing! i dont recieve any of the gifts i was just given!??! IT IS SO IRRITATING!??!

    It kind of amazes me that these comments go back a little while and the problem still isn't being resolved. It seems the game is very enjoyable with glitches that make you not want to play it, but for some reason, you still do. I've noticed that it only seems to want to let me send my daily requests around the same time everyday. Like for me, it's in the evenings. I do it all at once so that I know it's done. But tonight, I'm actually getting the message that looks like the one from above and I've never seen it quite like that before. It is very aggravating. If anyone does know a solution, please let us know. :)

    HELPFUL TIP -> You may want to log into your router and restart it. (Or you could unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in.) I have a WRT310 and that seems to be one of the many problems with these routers... :(

    Have the same problem. Unfortunately it makes the game impossible to progress in which is really annoying. HELP!!!!!!!!

    Agree, after I helped all my friends. Then I can't reqeust help from them. Will give up the game. This game very sucks! Please fix.

    I click on "ask friends" and nothing happens no loading NOTHING and when it finally does show my friends list i send requests and they dont get em...............Im helping them fine but they cant help me if i cant ask!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE FIX or is this just a scam to get us to purchase simcash because that seems to work fine when you wanna purchase :p

    I also can ask my friends to help me, but they get nothing, completly nothing. It's impossible to proceed since you cannot get some items any other way (like cheese).
